Cardiovascular has to do more with health including your heart and blood vessels. People refer to as cardio by enduring exercises that strengthen the body. Cardio loose weight , helps release stress , builds a stronger circulatory system by delivering more nutrients , improve sleep . ease depression etc. You should be doing 25 to 20 minutes at least 3 times a week. Its also good for you heart because it lowers your risk of heart disease. Some major heart diseases are strokes , heart failures , coronary disease , and peripheral vascular disease.
Some of the activities you can do are for example running ! easy right ? its one of the best ways to burn calories a 150 pound person can burn 100 calories per mile. Swimming is also a very fun activity and helps your body in many ways. Its challenging body fitness , swimming laps or just being in the water fitnessing. One that many people don't know about is dancing ! It does not only burn fat but you can express yourself I which ever way you feel like it too. Either in short or long sessions of dancing on your own or even doing zumba.
You can live a healthy life just by loving yourself as a start . Being in shape is also a great feeling knowing your stress free feels amazing ! You can help people by even maybe being they're work out buddy , motivation is a big step. You can live healthier by eating more fruit checking your food on calories fats etc. Exercising is a main thing your body needs , it's healthy , feels amazing , and you see progress. Over my vacation i am 100% sure i'm going to be out a lot getting a gym membership running and obviously eating healthy. Water is good to your body but too much water without any exercise is kinda bad also.
